Our database aims to assist Club Fun Center in better organizing their information and making it more accessible for employees. Currently information is scattered among the business making it difficult for employees to get to the information that they need or want. Our database puts information on customers, employees and prizes all in one convenient location.
Employees currently are struggling to find out when other employees are available and how they would contact each other to inquire about covering a shift if needed. Our database will collect, store and list contact information that will be accessible to employees. Customer information also something that employees have to manually search for in hard copies of information forms. Having a list in the database and being able to look up a customer will assist being more efficient. Lastly having a list of prizes and a accurate count of whats in stock is something that is currently lacking in the business. Keeping a current and accurate list of these items will assist in keeping track of how many of each the business has in stock.
